There are some potential significant variables in schools that relate with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The key question in relation to OCB in schools is "To what extent does the transformational leadership, school climate, and teacher faith maturity in schools relate to the OCB of the teachers? This work seeks to provide a better theoretical understanding of OCB in schools particularly in the church related schools in Kenya.
