The objectives of the study were: to explore the dynamics of acceptable climate of universities; to identify the weaknesses of the organizational climates of public universities as perceived by their administrators and teachers; to find out the strengths of the organizational climates of Public universities as perceived by their administrators and teachers; to examine the impact of organizational climate on the performance of the teachers.
