The present research thesis is entitled: ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE AND JOB SATISFACTION IN THE COLLABORATORS OF CAJA RAÍZ, JAÉN AGENCY, 2016. Whose general objective is to evaluate the characteristics presented by the organizational climate and the relationship with job satisfaction in the collaborators of Caja Raíz, in the province of Jaén. And for this it was supported by some specific objectives, first diagnosing the characteristics and level of the organizational climate, then identifying the characteristics and level of job satisfaction, being the population and sample the collaborators of the Caja Raíz, of the province of Jaén. Finally, the general objective of the present study was to correlate the results of both variables.
