The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the organizational climate and the management of services in public hospitals in the province of Ica. The development of the present investigation was carried out through review and bibliographic signing. The method used was the inductive-deductive. In addition, 349 people who work in the services of the public health activity in the province of Ica were taken into account, to whom a survey form was applied. The Chi-square independence test was used, through a contingency table, where the result was compared with the critical point, validating the proposed hypothesis. It was concluded that: There is a significant influence of the organizational climate in the management of health services, since a close relationship has been found between both variables studied. Mainly explained by the incidence of 31.2%, of those surveyed who, in addition to maintaining that there is a true organizational climate, also believe that both internal and external care services are well managed.
