The behaviour of the people has an impact on the performance of the organization.

Dr.P.Panneerselvam working as Librarian at B S Abdur Rahman Crescent University, Chennai. He has over 19 years work experience in academic libraries and obtained PhD in Library and Information Science at University of Madras. He has over 21 journal articles and presented more than 45 conference papers. He is the recipient of 'Best Young Librarian
