The principals, in order to create and maintain humanistic communication with their students, parents of the students and their colleagues, should have a deep perception of the nature of human behaviors, because they always are facing stimulus-response model. Therefore, when there is conflict in stimulus, they should know how to control the responses and behaviors, and any kind of carelessness in responding can intensify negative emotional resistance and will hold back the organization. The principals, in order to be aware from different aspects of conflict within the school organization, and deliberately choose conflict management styles, so that tend to repeat them and do not realize them as undesirable or harmful behaviors, should identify conflict process and the factors causing conflict and deal with them in one way or another.
