The problem of modernization and development of the organizational culture of Russian universities, including corporate standards, style, traditions and norms of intraorganizational relations, is one of the most actively discussed by both the scientific community and the general public. It is the organizational culture that constructs the symbolic and value space of the university, determines the patterns of relationships between educational and structural units and agents of the university social system. In this context, it becomes obvious that the university's success, its competitiveness and attractiveness largely depends on the level of development of organizational culture, the strengthening of which will have a positive impact on the development of the higher education system both in Russia as a whole and within individual regions.
