Scientific researches of factors of formation of motivation of effective labor activity have the big history. Among them the cultural factor by virtue of the system influence on motivation and behavior takes a special place. In work it is shown that in the conditions of a modern multicultural society school organizations can independently accept this or that projection of social culture and define a direction of organizational and cultural transformation of the educational institution taking into account character of organizational culture of those enterprises in which graduates of educational institutions will be most demanded.
