Organizations have to deal with diverse situations, issues and problems in order to stay competitive and maintain their inner structure within a predominant organizational culture. Based on the fact that different people, personality traits and various emotional reactions are part of any organizational sphere, it is interesting to examine this scientific field intensively. The aim of this book is to work on theoretical concepts and fundamental questions of emotions, psycho-social behaviour and concepts of leadership within organizations and the inherent organizational field. Two movies form the basis for an empirical examination ('One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest' by Milos Forman and 'Up In The Air' by Jason Reitman). On the one hand, the importance lies on the different scenes, which are particularly important for an empirical illustration of the theoretical findings and, on the other hand, on the main characters of the two movies and their individual personality traits.
