I am a researcher from Nigeria, born in Port Harcourt City, Rivers State. I had my PhD degree in Ignatius Ajuru University of Education. My area of specialty is HRM. My research tends to create awareness and the importance of HRM as it cut across all sectors in an organization. I train organization on how best to handle HR issues.
