The management of organizations is a relevant, topical subject that is constantly evolving as business transformations occur rapidly and dynamically. In this sense, case studies encourage discussions about organizational management and contribute to understanding the existing business reality. This book aims to disseminate case studies focusing on organizational management. The seven chapters deal with case studies in a variety of segments: Agricultural cooperatives, quality of life centers, supermarkets, animal nutrition, solidarity economy and city halls.
