Maria Amélia Marques has a PhD in Economic and Organizational Sociology from ISEG, University of Lisbon. She has been a lecturer at the School of Business Sciences of the Setúbal Polytechnic Institute since 1996. Her research has focused on various HRM and Organizational Sociology issues.
