Hence, "there is a need for strategies to achieve agreedorganizational goals and objectives giving a sense of purpose anddirection of the organization because of the technological, social andeconomical environment changes and competition among rivalorganizations"2. Strategy is therefore, the linking force in-between theorganization and its environment.The purpose of this essay is to acquire an understand of theOrganizational Strategic Planning Processes.
