These three factors are decisive for the stability and prosperity of a country, which in turn means that the stability and prosperity are in right relation with the security situation and in inverse relation with the level of organized crime.
Autorenporträt
Mr.Xhavit Shala was born in August 1961 in Albania. He holds "Phd" in the field of Security and Defense. He started his professional career in 1984, including among others the position of General Director of the Criminal Police in Albanian State Police. Presently, he holds the position of Director of the Scientific Research at the Security Academy.
