Born in Moscow, graduated from the Moscow State Aviation Technological University, worked in the research and manufacturing association of piezo acoustic electronics. He worked his way up from an engineer to the head of the department. He has defended PhD thesis, published about 100 scientific articles, inventions, patents, 4 monographs.
