This conclusion allows us to analyse the manifestation of the concept of Original Peoples within the theory of New Latin American Constitutionalism. Of course, the topic chosen is a broad one, and with a view to the quality of academic production, we have made a cut in this long and important journey. Specifically, we will focus on the case study of Venezuela, a country that is considered by scholars to be a vivid example of the theory of New Latin American Constitutionalism.
