Ostrów is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Wi lica, within Busko County, wi tokrzyskie Voivodeship, in south-central Poland. It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) south of Wi lica, 17 km (11 mi) south of Busko-Zdrój, and 63 km (39 mi) south of the regional capital Kielce. Gmina Wi lica is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Busko County, wi tokrzyskie Voivodeship, in south-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Wi lica, which lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) south of Busko-Zdrój and 60 km (37 mi) south of the regional capital Kielce. The gmina covers an area of 100.58 square kilometres (38.8 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 5,690. The gmina contains part of the protected area called Nida Landscape Park.
