Joachim Bürgschwentner, Mag. phil., is assistant at the Department of History and Ph.D. candidate at the University of Innsbruck. His research and publications focus on cultural history, war relief, mobilisation and visual media of the First World War. Matthias Egger, Mag. phil., is Ph.D. candidate in history at the University of Innsbruck. His research and publications focus on 1848, prisoners of war and war relief during the First World War. Gunda Barth-Scalmani, Dr. phil., is assistant professor at the Department of History at the University of Innsbruck. Her research and publications deal with various topics of Austrian History from the late 18th century to the First World War.
