The team won three consecutive regular season championships from 2001 to 2003, and took the Rogers Cup once in 2002 with the Turkish head coach Rasim Kara. Despite the on-field successes, however, the franchise were revoked by the league after the 2003 campaign, when they actually finished the regular season unbeaten (with 13 wins & 5 draws from 18 fixtures).
