Autorenporträt
The author, River Horns, grew up in the rainforest on the border between China and Myanmar. One of the "educated youth," he worked as a lumberjack, planter of rubber trees, and middle school teacher. Then he pursued higher education and eventually became a professor. He lives in Ottawa, Canada, now working as a civil servant. He has published several novels and poems.
