This catalogue presents women painters and printmakers of the modern era, with exhibits selected from the collections of the Gemäldegalerie Alte Meister and Kupferstich-Kabinett. The five essays explore the work of these extraordinary artists, including Marietta Robusti, Lavinia Fontana, Diana Scultori, and Angelica Kauffman.
