Nicole Miles lives in eastern Pennsylvania, in the rolling hills of the Lehigh Valley. She is a lover of words, ideas, and expansion. Nicole has devoted most of her grown life to healing and self-discovery through exploring spiritual methods ranging from Ashtanga yoga, Reiki, shamanic healing, inner child work, Akashic healing, Ho' Oponopono, crystal resonance healing, forms of meditation, Ayurveda, and the list goes on. Each one is a tool to the unearthing of the truth of what she found at the core, which is LOVE.Nicole loves being the mother of her three teenage daughters, and she loves spending time in nature and allowing herself to drift into the creative realm of spirit.
