This book deals with the phenomenon of outsourcing of public transport drivers, which has been heavily criticised for its contracts, which create job insecurity. In recent years, this form of contracting has gained great importance. It also addresses the labour characteristics of the workers of route 23 in Ciudad Victoria, in which the long working hours stand out. Based on the results obtained, the reality of public transport drivers leaves much to be desired and presents an urgent need to study the effects of job insecurity and its impact on the way of life of employees and the competitiveness of companies as real or fictitious facts.
