Peter Hughes is CEO of the Mossbourne Federation, which is a leading multi-academy trust based in Hackney. He is also the Founder and CEO of Progress Teaching, where he developed an education platform that improves teaching for better outcomes for children. The software was a response to his own experience of 'on the ground' challenges faced by Senior Leadership Teams and Teachers. Peter is the former Principal of Mossbourne Community Academy, which has been named an 'outstanding' school by Ofsted since 2009.
