Overcoming the Classic Dichotomy between Public and Private

The aim of this book is to present the phenomenon of Neoconstitutionalism, from its emergence to the present day and its influence in Brazil. In the same vein, the author goes back to the beginnings, recalling the construction of the phenomenon of constitutionalism, as it is essential for the construction of what is known as Neoconstitutionalism.
