Dr. Balew Baye is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civics and Ethical Education at Debre Tabor University. Formerly, he has been serving as a Lecturer and Dean of Social Sciences and the Humanities in University of Gondar. He is now working as Vice President of Debre Tabor University since January 2017.
