Paul Goudreault has over 40 years of experience as an executive leader in numerous roles, including founder and CEO of two multinational environmental consulting firms, as well as owner and CEO of a construction-manufacturing company. He is the founding partner of Enorine Partners, a leadership, business, and career coaching consultancy. Goudreault [3] focuses on mentoring a new generation of leaders, developing and executing on organizational strategies, and employee career development. Goudreault entered the workforce as a young geologist and created a successful career in the engineering and consulting industry. He has worked globally in more than thirty countries and has logged more than one hundred trips around the world. He has designed and implemented organizational transformations, including purchasing and integrating acquired companies, aligning organizations with their strategic intent, and designing and leading account-management programs. During his career, Goudreault has been responsible for $2 billion in sales from a portfolio of multinational clients. He has served on several not-for-profit boards supporting environmental stewardship. He has been happily married for forty years to his wife Katie and has two children, Monet and Adrien.
