Designing new compounds to deal with the resistance problem has become one of the most important goals of anti-cancer research today. In the modern era most of the medicinal compounds discovered or available in the market consist of the heterocyclic ring system. Among these 1,3,4-oxadiazole is of significant interest in medicinal chemistry. Oxadiazole moiety and its various derivatives were studied frequently in thepast few decades and found potent in various pharmacological conditions.
