Steven Sadhra is a Reader and lead for Occupational Health (OH) within the College of Medical and Dental Sciences (MDS), University of Birmingham UK. He has over 25 years of experience in teaching and research on 'work and health' and has edited three teaching textbooks in OH which are recommended by professional bodies including the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (FOM), Royal College of Physicians (London). Steven has published over 120 research papers and government reports and has written over 20 book chapters. Steven Boorman has over 30 years experience in occupational health working across diverse industry sectors. In a 21 year career with Royal Mail he held many roles including CMO, Director Health and Safety and CSR Director. He has been CMO or Medical Director for a number of national OH providers. He served as the Chief Examiner to the Diploma in Occupational Medicine and Chair of the FOM Ethics Committee (during which he served as Editor for the 8th Edition Ethics Guidance). He Chairs the Council for Work and Health and remains committed to the NHS staff HWB agenda as a longstanding member of the National Advisory Board. Alan Bray is an accredited consultant in the field of Occupational Health and Chief Examiner (Academic Registrar) for Faculty of Occupational Medicine for Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. He previously held the role of medical assessor for General Pharmaceutical Council and both medical assessor and supervisor for General Medical Council. He was also the previous Chief Examiner for MFOM & Director of Assessment (overseeing all 7 UK Faculty examinations). Alan has worked in both NHS and private sectors and has over 10 years experience in the training and supervision of medical and other clinical staff in occupational medicine.
