Jeffrey Wayne Maulhardt's family has been a part of each generation of the growth in Oxnard, and his deep connections to the area helped in his accumulation of these images, used here to document the city's history beyond his two previous titles in the Images of America series: Oxnard: 1867-1940 and Oxnard: 1941-2004.
