Autorenporträt
Born in multicultural Hong Kong and raised on the words of Tagore, Austen, and Plath alike, Tania Karabaczek is no stranger to the beauty of languages and the power of prose. After studying in four countries, she finally found a home in Vienna where she lives with her husband, a growing plant family, and an even larger spice collection. If she grew up writing about being a cool adult having awesome adventures, now, she writes for the children of tomorrow in hopes that they will inherit a world that is a bit kinder and a lot brighter than the one she lives in today.
