This story is a necessary dialog, and perhaps we need children, their innocence and directness, to remind us that we too are part of the natural environment that houses us. A wonderful home that harbors life for countless creatures, including us. Human beings are the only creatures who are incapable of living in harmony with the Great Mother who hosts them and gives them air, food and water every day to ensure that life continues to be supported. But for how much longer if we do not change our behaviour toward Mother Earth?
