Masahide Shibusawa is a former Visiting Fellow at the Royal Institute of International Affairs. Zakaria Haji Ahmad, a political scientist by training is Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research) at the HELP University, Kuala Lumpur. He is also the Distinguished Fellow at the Malaysian Armed Forces Defence College (MAFDC). Brian Bridges is a former Head of the Asia-Pacific Programme at the Royal Institute of International Affairs.
