Tom Woerner-Powell is Senior Lecturer in Modern Islam at the University of Manchester. He is a recipient of the Foundation Ousseimi Prix de la Tolérance. His book Another Road to Damascus won the BRAIS-DeGruyter Prize in the Study of Islam and the Muslim World.
