Gail Nussbaum is a cancer survivor residing in Denver, Colorado. Ever since finishing treatment in May of 2010, she has been determined and inspired to help other cancer survivors by paying it forward! After seeing how many people helped her on her journey, Gail knew she wanted to give back to others battling cancer. She created her own annual Pay it Forward charity event in 2012. Since its inception, thousands of special teddy bears have been given to children battling cancer and other illnesses. Like Paisley, Gail's mission is to put a smile on children's faces, even as they face unimaginable circumstances. Gail also volunteers her time by reading to children with cancer.
