Despite being a compulsory subject, it remained unsuccessful in gainibg due improtance by the educational planners, leaders, teachers and students. This book strives to add to the existing literature of Pakistan Studies in highlighting not only the grass-root level challenges, problems and paradoxes attached with the inadequate, less prioritized and substandard quality of writing and teaching-learning, it also provides solution to those problems with ways for future improvements.

Kiran Hashmi has the passion for teaching Pakistan Studies. She has on her credit four research publications on the subject in national and international journals, six paper presentations in local and international conferences, M.Phil thesis, Maters' thesis and provincial level curriculum and textbooks.
