Palado (Aglaia sp.) is a plant that is not widely known by the public, but behind its unpopularity, it turns out that the results of the author's research show that the fruit and seeds of palado (Aglaia sp.) have the potential to be a source of alternative food, either in the form of seeds, flour, starch and oil. For this reason, it is necessary to conserve this plant so that this plant does not become extinct.
