This collection of thirteen essays explains and analyzes the conflict between the Government of Israel and the Palestine Authority over the granting of sovereignty to Palestinians from the point of view of international law. Sanford R. Silverburg is a political science professor in the department of history and politics at Catawba College, Salisbury, North Carolina. He is a widely published author with many articles on the Arab-Israeli conflict in the dimension of international law.
