The people want to live together on the territory of the state, and it is worth noting that the continuation of armed conflicts threatens the idea of collective security, which is the main reason for the emergence of the United Nations and the Security Council in contemporary international law as a mechanism to achieve it through the principle of prohibiting the use of force in international relations and establishing specific legitimate cases. It includes the use of force in the text of ArticleSeven, Paragraph 2 of the United Nations Charter, which was founded on the principles of contemporary international law regarding respect for the sovereignty of states.
