Autorenporträt
Dan Brady was born and raised in New Hampshire and currently lives on the West Coast of Florida. Palmetto Crossing is his first novel in a series. Before focusing on travel and writing, he enjoyed a career as a telephone construction lineman and cable splicer while attending college evenings and weekends. After retirement Dan served a stint as a community organizer for a New Hampshire consumer advocacy group. Later, he joined the homeless continuum in New Hampshire's largest city as their learning coordinator. Always a labor activist, he was a member of the New Hampshire AFL/CIO Committee on Political Education (COPE) and served on the New Hampshire Public Employee Labor Relations Board. Dan served as associate professor at Hesser College in Manchester, New Hampshire, while an adjunct faculty member of Springfield College in Manchester. In Florida he joined the adjunct faculty of St. Petersburg College in St. Petersburg. Dan, his wife of fifty-one years, and their son are dog and cat people. Trust that his work will be witty, sincere, crude at times, and full of plot twists.
