Mouad M. H. Ali was born in1980. He received the B.Sc degree from the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Computer Science & Engineering, Hodeidah University, Yemen in June 2003/2004. He received the M.Sc Computer Science from Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad, India in 2013 and Master of Multimedia Technology M.Sc(MM).
