Jerry Newswander is an ordained minister with a degree in biblical literature, studies in pastoral counseling, and hospital clinical pastoral education. He has studied social sciences and aging services management. He has served as a lead pastor, EMT, funeral director assistant, college instructor, and multiple chaplaincies. Jerry is married, with three grown children, nine grandchildren, and one great grandchild. He and his wife live in Iowa where they continue to work and enjoy spending time with their family.
