Cláudia Seabra is a Professor at the University of Coimbra, Portugal, where she is coordinator of the PhD in Tourism, Heritage and Territory. Her research interests are safety and risk in tourism. Carla Silva is Professor of Sociology of Tourism and International Tourism at the Higher School of Technology and Management, Instituto Politécnico de Viseu, Portugal. Her research interests include culture of consumption in tourism and tourism impacts. José Luís Abrantes is a Marketing Professor at the Higher School of Technology and Management, Instituto Politécnico de Viseu, Portugal. His research interests include marketing and tourism areas.
