The third child of a first-generation mother and father, I was raised in northern New Jersey. At the age of nineteen, I purchased a pizzeria. After running it for eleven years, I sold it and continued to work in the food-and-beverage industry. After my retirement, I have written this cookbook with my wife, Libbie Ann.
