Autorenporträt
Aleida Rahal Ramos Fernández was born in La Habana, Cuba of a Lebanese father and a Cuban mother. She was raised in the small town of Majagua, Camaguey, Cuba. She keeps very fond memories of her grandmother's farm "Bellavista" that she regularly visited. Aleida has been married to her best friend, Jose Ramon Fernandes Casanovas for 44 years. She has two grandsons, Lucas and Marcus, ages 12 and 9 years old respectively. Besides spending and enjoying time with her family, she enjoys reading, writing and oil painting.
