Linda Galenzoski has a Bachelor of Education and is a journeyperson chef. She grew up on a farm, where she learned the hard work of getting food on the table and preserving the rest for winter. Linda has taught home economics and commercial cooking and owned her own bakery for seven years. She has also worked as a caterer at a church and cooked meals for children at camp. After thirty years, Linda still has customers who continually place orders to treat themselves to her delicious butter tarts, lemon pies, and strudel. She lives in Regina, Canada.
