At present, the educational system requires teachers who assume challenges in terms of innovation and transformation in their educational actions, hence it is essential to promote a cultural change towards new socio-educational paradigms in order to generate changes in the pedagogical practice of the teachers of the national advanced training program in the area of initial education of the Universidad Nacional Experimental del Magisterio "Samuel Robinson". The book is based on liberating education and the reflexive dialogicity between theory and practice, in order to understand the new logics contextualized to our Latin American culture. It assumes the research line "our American pedagogical thought" and consists of a pedagogical model of training in educational research and innovation, which comprises three essential processes: First, awareness and reflection on the need to rethink social sciences; second, continuous training on the relevance of new methods in Early Education; and third, systematization of significant experiences in Educational Institutions.
