Manuel Duran, Ph.D (2014), University of Antwerp, is scientific attaché at the Royal Museum of the Armed Forces and of Military History in Brussels. He has published on diplomatic history and paradiplomacy, including Mediterranean Paradiplomacies. The Dynamics of Diplomatic Reterritorialization (Brill, 2015).
