Autorenporträt
Lu Min was born in 1973 in Dongtai, Jiangsu Province, and currently lives in Nanjing. Her mother was a teacher, and her father an engineer. At the age of eighteen, she began working as a post office clerk, a secretary, a journalist, and a civil servant before finally becoming a professional writer.
