Hence, the primary objective of the study of nation building was to pacify a violent society peaceful by analyzing how to reconcile with national security by considering Ethiopia (post 1991) in to account. Therefore, state and other stakeholder should give due attention to quality of leadership that fulfills national contract to apply rule of law; develop more human capacity in leadership by depoliticizing security force and extremism to overcome the challenges.
